UAB “MODILINOS MODELIŲ AGENTŪRA” (henceforth referred to as the “Data Controller”) lays down the conditions for the processing of personal data by following these privacy rules and regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) for all visiting the Data Controller’s website www.modilinos.com. The terms set out in these Terms and Conditions apply at all times to you to access our content, regardless of the device used.

We confirm that the data of the Data Controller websites and social network account visitors will be collected in accordance with the applicable legal requirements of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling institutions. Customers (both in the EU and in third countries (non-EU Member States)) who outsource modeling services to intermediaries (both within the EU and in third countries (non-EU countries)) for approval of their order when a model agency contract is signed with the model.
For other countries when required by law, for example, at the request of law enforcement authorities, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your security or other people’s security, investigate fraud or respond to requests from public authorities.
Cases in which we may disclose your information to other parties:
In accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or in response to a mandatory requirement of judicial process.
We can, but do not have to, disclose your information to a related third party in the event of a merger, sale (new owner) or bankruptcy;
In other cases, with your consent or lawful at your request.
What do we do to protect your information?
We have implemented appropriate physical and technical measures to protect the information we collect for the purpose of providing the Services. However, keep in mind that while we take appropriate steps to protect your information, no site, online operation, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.
We will keep your data submitted to us by filling out the form on our website until we consider your ability to become a model in our agency. Once you have your agency model, the data will be deleted so that it cannot be reproduced.
If you become a model of our agency, we will keep the data until the model activity agreement is in force. After this deadline, the data will be deleted so that it cannot be reproduced.
Your rights as the subject of a personal data
The data subject whose data is processed in the activities of the Data Controller shall have the following rights:
Know (be informed) about your data processing (right to know);
Access to your data and how it is processed (right of access);
Require rectification or, in the light of the purposes of the processing of personal data, supplementing the personal data of the individual (right of rectification);
Destroy your data or stop your data processing activities (except storage) (the right to be destroyed and the right to be forgotten) if the model agreement is valid – after the end of the contract term;
You have the right to request that the Personal Data Controller restrict the processing of personal data if there is a legitimate reason (right to restrict);
Disagree with the processing of personal data when these data are processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling as far as such direct marketing is concerned.

The Data Controller may and has the full right not to create conditions for data subjects to enforce the rights listed above, when required by law to ensure the prevention, analysis, investigation of criminal offenses, ethical violations, as well as the protection of data subject or third party rights.
Any request or instruction relating to the processing of personal data shall be made available to the Data Controller in writing by one of the following means: by mail: info@modilinos.com, by direct delivery / mail to: Parodos g. 7-4, Kaunas.
Upon receipt of such request or instruction by the data controller not later than within one month from the date of referral, the respondent shall submit a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts. Where appropriate, the period may be extended by a further two months depending on the complexity and number of applications. In such a case, the Data Controller shall, within one month of receipt of the request, inform the Data Subject of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay.
